Morgiel Fine & Organic Foods has been formed to introduce into the marketplace real, traditional Polish food. The company’s lines are not another copy of products which are widely available from any wholefoods supplier. They are truly unique. “There are many wholesalers who sell same branded organic food. We offer something different, something which can differentiate one business from the other. Who can say that sea-buckthorn confiture, or cornelian cherry confiture are the same as strawberry jam. The only thing they have in common is that they are both in jars.”
Founder and owner Lukasz Morgiel spent years working in the catering industry in the UK before setting up the company. For years the British food scene has been populated by the cuisine of the French, Italian, and Spanish. But Lukasz is determined to throw Polish food into the mix. "The Polish culinary tradition is what I would like to introduce to the British public. I am not interested in offering marketing gimmicks, my company is here to offer exceptional Polish food.”
